| | Average Pace 8:23, Ran at JRP nice run light rain 66 degrees. I forgot to mention the other day when I ran at the Jordan River Parkway as I came up on the bridge between Winchester park and Waldon park there was a young couple, probably 16,17 years old. As I ran past I heard her saying "I cant live like this anymore I need to know where we stand" . That was less then a half mile into my run so when I came back 55 minutes later they were on a bench near the bridge making out. I guess she found out where they stood. My money is on the boy moving on within a two weeks! And I today I saw a dog that looked exacly like Scooby Doo, it was way cute.

Talked to a few neighbors on the way home, took everyone to Wal-mart so we could get a few supplies for our hike to Timpanogos Cave. Timp was our main family event for the 4th, So I am counting that as my workout today, in a 1 1/2 mile there is 1063ft accent and then you come back down, I can feel it in my legs that must count for something. | Add Comment |

| | Average pace 8:53, Evening run at the JRP , started at 7:30 PM it was a nice run I was a little worried about finishing diner at 6:30 and running so soon after but it was not a issue that I could tell. A ton of people at the Parkway tonight, nothing really cool to report about the run tonight. All is well!

| | Average pace, 8:45, JRP run, went well. | Comments(3) |
| | Average Pace 8:44, at the JRP. The run was great, I am in need of new shoes soon, well now. I am really watching what I am eating, making sure my intake is enough but not over doing it. I have hovered around 156 pounds since April and I know I could loose 5 - 10 pounds, though I am not making loosing weight my priority. | Add Comment |
| | Average pace 8:58, ran at JRP. I felt good as I finished the run. Now on to me busy Saturday. | Add Comment |

My wife decided I was going to be her trainer, she does not like to run, actually that is an understatement, she dislikes running is more like it. This was really out of the blue, So I am glad to run with her, I just need to work out how to help her and do my running as well. Tonight we ran one mile together then I showed her how to stretch and cool down. It took us 13 plus minutes for one mile. Then after we were finished stretching I went running and did another 8 miles. Without doing a bunch of math I probably averaged 8:35 pace.

| | Average pace 8:10, Ran at the JRP , Evening run, nice temp tonight. The bugs were out I had to stop and get a gnat out of my eye, and toward the end of the run I sucked something into my mouth, it went out faster then it when in though. I came home from work, buzzed the dog, washed the dog, cleaned the tub and swept and vaccumed the floor, I needed to get all the dog hair up. Then got dinner going, believe it or not all 6 of us were here toinght for dinner. Cleaned up dinner then got my running gear on and went running. now it is 9:40 and I am about to get a shower and go to bed. What a day.

| | Average Pace 8:10 same as my 9 mile run last night. It was a little warmer tonight and I ate not 1 but 2 of Ashtyn's chocolate chip cookies when I got home from work. So tonight's 6 mile run was a struggle most all the way. | Add Comment |
